Stepping into the studio is intended to feel like leaving the outside world behind for a moment. This is a private, intimate sanctuary designed with your comfort and nervous system in mind—a low-sensory environment that is quiet, cozy, and filled with plants and storied art. Every detail here is intentional, created to prioritize your agency and make the experience of being tattooed as grounded as possible.

The studio is a quiet, curated sanctuary away from the outside world. To accommodate different sensory needs, the space uses low, warm ambient lighting rather than harsh overheads. A gentle soundtrack creates a calm backdrop for the work, though the specific music selection is always flexible to your requests.
The walls are home to a personal collection of art from across Canada—featuring pieces by friends and fellow artists—alongside felted forest treasures and a variety of plants.
The physical experience is designed to be as gentle as possible. Sessions are done on a professional, heated tattoo bed that can be adjusted for your comfort. To help manage the environment:
Temperature & Texture: A dedicated heater allows for an adjustable room temperature, and soft blankets and slippers are always available.
Pain Management: A very quiet tattoo machine is used to eliminate loud, disruptive buzzing. For added comfort, a numbing spray can be applied once the outline is completed.
Amenities: Light snacks are often available to help you stay grounded throughout the day, but it is always recommended you bring your own as well.

Personal agency is the priority within this space. The environment can be tailored to individual comfort levels:
Audio Options: While music is usually playing, requests are always welcome. Sessions can be held in silence, or guests may wear their own noise-canceling headphones. A "podcast menu" will soon be available for those looking for a specific narrative to focus on.
Pacing: Large-scale projects can be split into multiple sittings to better manage pain levels or budget constraints.
Social Interaction: There is no pressure for small talk. The studio is a space for deep conversation, shared silence, or simply zoning out with a book or podcast while the work is being done.
Whether it’s a custom vision or a piece of seasonal flash, there is always room for a new story. When the time feels right to bring an idea to life, the process begins here.
